I am the Director of Learning Design and Outcomes in the Center for the Advancement of Learning at the University of the District of Columbia. A licensed clinical psychologist, I have three decades of post-doctoral experience in various higher education and industry roles related to learning and assessment, data analytics and institutional research, project management, student development, and teaching. I have a number of interests: applications of technology to improve assessment of student learning outcomes, satisfaction, and retention; online learning and assessment; use of artificial intelligence in assessment and reporting; and online therapeutic interventions.
