I have forgotten my password, so I clicked on the “Lost Password” link and entered my email, but I have not received any response.

The Lost Password link is only for those who self-registered an account at Campus or Catalog. If you perhaps used your Google or Microsoft accounts when you first logged in, you will receive a message indicating you are currently logged in on another website, and you must continue to use the Microsoft or Google login buttons for subsequent logins.
If this still does not work for you, then contact our help desk using one of the methods described at the bottom of this page.
