Full or Mindful-Who are you?
Brief Description of Training: Is your mind full or worries and thoughts that
cause you stress? Learn the benefits of mindfulness and how mindfulness can
positively impact your well-being and support you being more present in the
moment.
As a result of this training participants will:
1. Identify that not all stress is bad and reflecting on what you have control of.
2. Describe the connection between mindfulness and social-emotional learning.
3.
Be able to find tools, resources and support for
continuing your learning of
mindfulness practice.
