Brief Description of Training: This presentation discussed what we know from research studies about how the amount of sleep and the quality of sleep influences behaviors in children, youth and parents.
As a result of this training participants will:
1. Encourage parents to look at the child’s sleep patterns.
2. Watch for snoring and being tired despite sufficient sleep time.
3. Be consistent with nap time routines.
