I've been living in South Carolina for the past 15 years with my wonderful spouse, Steve, who is retired from the US Air Force. We have two amazing daughters, Norah and Sophia Boice.

In my free time, I absolutely love spending time with our horses and chickens on our charming farm in Summerville. It's a joy to see my daughters actively involved in 4-H, where they proudly show poultry and horses. I grew up on a 400-acre farm in Ohio, with my father as an agricultural teacher. My 4-H involvement was extensive—I showed hogs at the fair, took on sewing projects, and attended multiple camps every summer as both a camp counselor and participant. I also held leadership roles such as parliamentarian. Being a member of the Grange for over 40 years, I am passionate about the mission of 4-H and am thrilled to be involved again!

As an adult, I earned a Master's Degree in Education and have had the pleasure of working with youth of all ages for over 20 years.

When I'm not at home, I crave adventure! Whether it's hiking in National Parks, camping, traveling, white-water rafting, zip-lining, kayaking, or fishing, I love the outdoors. It's the place where I can truly be myself.
