I am a Nebraska transplant, originally from Illinois.  I live on a couple acres with my husband, where we have numerous animals.  We raise chickens, ducks, and other birds for eggs and meat.  We also have goats for milking and rabbits for meat.  We have a moderate sized garden for vegetables and a few fruit trees.  

My family heritage includes over 170 years of farming and I am proud to continue that tradition, even if it's on a smaller scale.  

Our goal is to live sustainably, while also sharing our surplus with others.
