I moved from New Jersey with my husband and 3 daughters a few years ago to enjoy all the outdoor activities and quieter life that VT has to offer.  My first love is vegetable and herb gardening.  I have also grown to enjoy doing container gardening, landscaping planting, and perennial flower beds.  We keep 6 backyard chickens and I hope to slowly turn our property into a mini-homestead and garden oasis.  

I am professional librarian and certified teacher.  My career has focused on educational programming in libraries and museums for children and families. My hobbies include reading, hiking/walking, knitting, crafting, and cooking/baking.
