I want to encourage people to decrease the amount of products containing micro plastics that they use, which will in turn keep those micro plastics out of our oceans and out of the food chain.

I would like to encourage many environmental behavioral changes, but one of the biggest would be for residents of my city to reduce fertilizer usage which ends up running off into our lake and contributes to the big algae problem we see every summer.

there are many behavioral changes I would like to see:

First: Women not to be seen as 'weak'... remove common phrases such as 'you run like a girl', 'you whine like a girl,' etc.

Second: Put the goals/needs of the community equal to the goals/needs of the individual... for example, change attitudes of those who irrigate lawns when in a drought b/c their need for a green lawn is greater than the need of the community/environment.

Third: People love first and fear second.. to clarify, so much of religion, politics, education, work is fear-based ('do this or something bad will happen'). I work best in a positive, loving environment, where I want to do good, I want to be kind, and I want others to be happy. That is a great motivator, because unlike fear, which can be hijacked to do bad, love can only be hijacked to do good.

I have many more, but I'll stop there for now.
