I'm interested in extreme weather events. Extreme weather can make the difference between a farmer getting into the field a day earlier and finishing planting or missing that day in the field and not planting the rest of the crop for another three weeks. Extreme weather also has implications for livestock operations, runoff, and crop yields, among other things. We need a practical, relatable program/tool to help farmers understand how to use conservation tools that mitigate extreme weather's impact on them and their livelihoods.
