Just a note that I don't think was mentioned in the tutorial:

Maine has a law that protects agritourism farms from liability to some extent provided that you post a warning sign. I assume it doesn't protect you against everything and you should definitely still have insurance.

I'd be curious if anyone in Maine posts this sign and if it has ever held up against a lawsuit.
