The audience for this course is: Those who work with or in school meal programs. 

By taking this course, students will learn: This course takes a deep dive into the Smarter Lunchroom Scorecard including how to use it, how to complete a school site visit with the Scorecard and how the Scorecard strategies can be refreshed over time to increase participation in the school meal program and increase selection and consumption of healthy foods. Part three showcases the implementation of one of the Scorecard strategies: using flavor stations to promote fruits and veggies.
