Fresh Produce Good Agricultural Practices is a training tool to educate growers about food safety on the farm, explain the USDA GAP audit process, and assist in the creation of a farm food safety plan. Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to assess food safety hazards on the farm, confidently navigate the USDA GAP certification process, and will have a customized farm food safety plan.
