Anyone in the world

Moodle allows all users of the system to create blogs around their learning activities. From the time we implemented Moodle for eXtension, that feature has been disabled.  But, it may finally be time to activate it to see how well it might work.  Individual users can post blog entries from their personal profiles or dashboards, and either keep the blogs private--as a way to document notes about courses--or open up the blog to public viewing.  This is now a test to see if that can work the way one might anticipate.
